Refund policy
Is there a concern with the order you received? Let us know. We're committed to providing premium quality coffees.
If you receive an order which is incorrect or damaged, or a coffee strongly not to your liking, please reach out to us at info@dartfrog.coffee within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution, be it a refund or a replacement.
For damaged goods, please hold on to the item(s) and packaging it arrived in, and please send a photo of the damaged goods to info@dartfrog.coffee.
Coffee orders received over fourteen (14) days ago are not eligible for refund or replacement.
We are not liable for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. To prevent such occurrences, please review your shipping information prior to completing your purchase and/or verify the accuracy of your address details in your order confirmation email.
